– CELEBRITIES – We source the ultimate celebrity match for a brands campaign goals to generate new exposure, infuse excitement, and reach focused & engaged audiences.

– PRODUCTION SERVICES – We do it all – from concept creation to post-production and everything in between. Television shows, commercials, digital & social content? You name it, we can create it. 

What it’s like to work here 

Our office is located in Liberty Village, right next door to the perfect coffee shop, with lots of restaurants and tasty food options nearby. We aren’t in the office every day, but when we are, the whole team is usually in so we can collaborate. We share our offices with MEMInc, our sister company who produces several TV shows. Our team is a mix of relatively new team members and veterans who have been with the company from the beginning. We are growing fast and are looking to continually improve and drive results for the company and our partners. We share our wins and opportunities at a bi-weekly team meeting, and love to hear input and ideas from everyone at the table.

The Opportunity:

We have an opening for a Program Specialist, McGillivray Trusted Program who will work closely with the McGillivray Group team including various Real Estate Professional Partners. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Marketing & Partnerships, the incumbent will work with both internal and external stakeholders to manage and execute a variety of branded partnership strategies and deliverables to meet or exceed Partners’ expectations while maximizing profitability.

McGillivray Trusted Partnership Programs

• Research and identify top performing real estate professionals from across North America
• Maintain weekly research & outreach targets to real estate professionals
• Schedule sales calls & assist on calls where necessary
• Ready and available as the first point of contact for members of the Trusted Professional Program
• Manage potential client follow ups within sales funnel
• Assist in the management of existing real estate professionals in the Trusted Professional Program
• Support the growth of the Trusted Professional Program; assisting in the process of adding new clients to the endorsement program
• Prepare weekly & biweekly updates for team meetings
• Report progress towards team’s revenue targets
• Assist on program strategy where necessary
• Assist on new business development opportunities as required 

Marketing

• Schedule and create social media posts for client social media groups
• Actively promote and sell add-on opportunities to existing clients, including content shoots & networking events
• Assist in event planning for networking events & appearances 

PR/Overall Brand Management

• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding of clients, ensuring deliverables are received by clients in a timely manner
• Be available as a main point of contact for clients
• Manage McGillivray Trusted Program branded product inventory
• Represent McGillivray Group and the Scott McGillivray brand in a professional manner 

Requirements

• Background in sales, marketing, communications and/or real estate is considered an asset
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly
• Strong computer/technology skills: Google Suite, Canva, Docusign, Easy Pay Direct & CRM (Hubspot)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to collaborate within a small team
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
• Ability to work extended hours, on occasion
